About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. This is an onsite position located in Sector 5, Rourkela.
